My Latest Project With the CPT88Z
Recently I had to opportunity to give some 100-year-old barn beams a new job for the next 100 years! We took these 8×8 oak beams and repurposed them for porch posts. We cut slots in the bottom of the post to accept the CPTZ, mounted the bracket, and hoisted the heavy beams up into position. The CPTZ makes it so these posts really are the center of attention. No visible bracket to obstruct their beauty!
